When will my item(s) ship?

Products that are in stock will typically ship within 1-3 business days, tracking will be updated on your order status and emailed to the address on file.

Pre-order items will be mailed in 3-12 weeks from the close date depending on the item and method of shipping (air vs sea), so just watch for your tracking email! Thank you for your patience, and as always please feel free to ask us for an update.

**Covid-19 has impacted international shipping, if your order status is “delayed” it is still on the way, just contact for an update.

What is the *Invoice Me* shipping option?

This option is useful for international orders or purchases that seem to be calculated high for postage cost. Once in a while, a heavy or large item will throw off our system so we will just send an invoice for actual postage cost before mailing your item(s).

What if I need to modify my order?

If you need to make any change to your order prior to shipping, please contact us at sales@reusablesandmore.com.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

No problem! Just update your shipping address HERE and your order will also update. If you need assistance, contact us at orders@reusablesandmore.com.

Do You Offer Local Delivery?

Yes we do! Local delivery is very inexpensive but may take a week or so, as we deliver based on other waiting orders.

What payment types are offered?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo (via PayPal) and Sezzle.

What is the *Invoice Me* payment option?

This option allows you to hold off on payment until a pre-order closes, or to combine multiple orders. We will just send an invoice to your email!

Is my payment secure?

Reusables and More utilizes SSL encryption to transport all payment data and does not store any card information. Our website is safe and secure

Can I return an item?

While we do not offer returns, defective items will always be replaced or refunded if we cannot replace the item if notified within 7 days of delivery.

What if my item was damaged during shipping?

Please contact us at orders@reusablesandmore.com along with photos of the packaging and item damage. We will replace for refund your item(s) and work with the shipping company if an insurance claim is necessary.

What if an item of clothing doesn't fit?

If your item arrives and is larger or smaller than expected, please reach out! If we have the ability to exchange it, we can do so once we receive the first item back. Size charts are posted for items of clothing, and we strongly suggest using those over choosing your usual size.

When will I see a refund if given?

Refunds will be processed immediately when agreed upon, and will show in your account withing 1-5 business days depending on your bank.
