Ceramic non-stick technology provides a great baking experience. Very easy to clean, just wipe or scrub softly and food slides off easily. The silicate/glass based ceramic non-stick coating over commercial weight carbon steel is cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS and PFAS free. CasaWare’s ceramic coating is derived from chemically inert quartz sand.
