Ceramic Coated Cookie/ Jelly Roll Pan (Half Sheet 17″x11″)

This cookie/jelly roll pan is perfect for baking, healthy AND non-stick! The heavier weight carbon steel keeps the pan from bending under high heat. Exterior dimensions are 11″ x 17″ x 1″, interior baking dimensions are 15.25″ x 10.25″.

Ceramic non-stick technology provides a great baking experience! Very easy to clean, just wipe or scrub softly and food slides off easily. The silicate/glass based ceramic non-stick coating over commercial weight carbon steel is cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS and PFAS free. CasaWare’s ceramic coating is derived from chemically inert quartz sand.
