The silicate/glass based ceramic non-stick coating over commercial weight carbon steel is cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS and PFAS free. CasaWare’s ceramic coating is derived from chemically inert quartz sand.

These fit well in my air fryer convection oven and clean up well.
These are fantastic quality and make baking a dream! My SIL used mine to cook mini pot pies and they were delicious and didn’t stick to the pan!!!
