STORAGE: Each bottle is dated with an expiration date. This product is shelf stable even once open, but if you want it to last for YEARS then keep it in the fridge! It will last for two years in a cool dry place, even once opened. We have had this product third party lab tested for safety, shelf stability, and how long to consume once open so you can know you are keeping you and your family safe.

SIZING AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Adults typically take 1-2 tbsp. per day and children under 12 typically take 1-2 tsp per day, But remember this is a food so you can’t take “too much”. We have been known to take 1 tbsp. every few hours when we need to for extra support.
