All I could think of was pizzas, cakes, and heating foods in the toaster oven when I bought these silicone mats. I'm sure I'll come up with more uses! They feel so versatile.

   I haven’t used it yet but it seems to be fairly well made. The edges are a little uneven but this is a fraction of the cost of my “name-brand” silicone mats so it was worth trying.

   These are great for baking pizza, breads, cookies, you name it! I also love using them when drying herbs on cooling racks. They allow air flow around all the herbs without letting anything fall through so I don’t lose any of them.
