I have never heard about “perforated” baking sheets . now that I have used them I wonder how i survived without them. They work well and clean up great! The price is the best part.

I haven’t used it yet but it seems to be fairly well made. The edges are a little uneven but this is a fraction of the cost of my “name-brand” silicone mats so it was worth trying.
