All I could think of was pizzas, cakes, and heating foods in the toaster oven when I bought these silicone mats. I'm sure I'll come up with more uses! They feel so versatile.

I'm probably going to use some of these in the kitchen or utility room as reminders for my husband's caregivers, but I may save one for myself! There's thick double sided tape to use for these.

I love this elder care checklist! I have a quadriplegic husband and these will work great for making sure everyday things are finished! The front can easily be taken off so that a personalized task can be written in.

I only did a test spot above my knee to see how this would apply. It goes on smooth and doesn't feel greasy. I'm probably going to start using it on my feet and working up my lower legs as my body adjusts to the extra magnesium.

    I read that it’s earthy and bitter so I mixed it with lavender, peppermint, and honey. The tea was fine. White willow takes a while so be aware of the brewing and steeping. I boiled 2 teaspoons for 10 minutes on low heat and let it sit for 30 minutes before straining.
