Pain Relief Bath Soak

Taking herbal baths is one of our most favorite things ever and this herb + epsom salts mixture is perfect for easing aches and pains. A gorgeous mix of organic blue vervain + arnica + helichrysum + eucalyptus + peppermint + epsom salts.

Just fill the enclosed muslin bag with the herbs and add it into your bath and soak. You can use it to scrub your skin with as well to get even more from the herbs. No need to rinse off when you’re done, they are great for your skin!
